Conceived by Daniel during a particularly challenging period for the construction industry, the project aimed to unite trade professionals under a shared vision. The goal? To craft something extraordinary that each contributor could benefit from collectively.
With an emphasis on collaboration, the initiative brought together over forty partners, including suppliers and tradespeople. Each partner contributed resources and expertise, not as contractors, but as shareholders invested in the project's success. The proceeds from the sale will be shared exclusively among the subcontractors.
Davies Homes will not retain any profit from this venture, further underscoring its commitment to supporting local tradies.
